Hole, Notching & Cut-outs

Holes, Nothing and Cutouts are required in the glass or mirrors for various purposes for merely fixing to accommodate accessories or sockets on wall or to have provision to serve tea or coffee.

Tempering

Tempering is a process in which the glass pane is passed from the hot compress air so as to densify the molecules of glass. Tempering is usually final process of glass after which one cannot cut or drill hole or make other physical changes on the glass. Temper glass is stronger then the annealed glass however its edges are more sensitive to any kind of impact. Any hard impact on its edges will break the glass but it will break is small chunks which is less harmless then the annealed glass.

Lamination

Laminated glass is constructed of two plies of glass which are bonded together with interlayers to form a permanent bond. The interlayers work to support and hold the glass to create a strong, uniformed layer even when broken. Laminated glass comes in varying thicknesses and can be created using different glass combinations or coatings to provide different qualities, such as low emissions or increased insulation.
